Uninvited Beauty, 2025
This project is about decay and layers of history. About time that drifts through the spaces between them.
It is an abstract reflection on the passage of time, and on how the appearance and function of material shift naturally, not through intention, but through slow change over time.
About the traces of memory that can live in the environment even when the material was once shaped by human hands, but now time continues to change it on its own.
It is beauty in a moment, but the moment is stretched across time, and the viewer is invited to witness a suspended absence of narrative.
A shell of something left behind: perhaps part of a housing or a fragment of a construction that was once preserved and then forgotten.
There is no story or drama here, but there is memory that does not demand attention, yet quietly holds it.
